Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
Returned Goods MUST be in a re-sellable condition, we will not accept returns that appear to have been worn outdoors, that smell of smoke or pets or have the labels removed.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We aim to dispatch most orders the same day (if placed before 1pm) and most UK orders will take one day to arrive by First Class Royal Mail - however we do not guarantee these delivery times and it can take up to three days for Royal Mail to deliver your item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Postage for the following destinations is listed below, this is for the full order regardless of order size:
